先說 保養廠人員服務五顆星，話說難聽一點保養廠師傅那麼忙還比你們前面服務人員態度好超多
今天給一顆星原因
我今天來保養車子去前面店面等待休息等車保養完
一進來完全沒有服務人員問我需不需要水.咖啡之類的，後面觀察一下 比我早進來比我晚進來的人 她們都有問他們需不需要 就唯獨我沒有 還是因為我看我進來自己有帶一杯咖啡所以不需要問呢？ 問客人需不需要一杯水是最基本的吧 我沒有要求要什麼更好的服務
但今天換作是你們保養等車 看到這種場景你們不會覺得生氣？ 我比較另類還是我長得比較可怕，前面那麽多服務人員是擺好看的嗎
三四個人在那邊聊天 卻都沒注意到有沒有客人桌面上有無飲品之類的嗎，北台中廠高層如果有看到這則留言 麻煩請妳們自己開個會檢討一下吧 別把客人當塑膠的 謝謝
